Young People
Young people aged between 16 and 18 are supported by BTK Healthcare and Supported Living by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friends. Our focus is on assisting young people who are experiencing homelessness, such as those who have left care or looked after children (over 16), have overcome addiction, are young parents, and are experiencing family or relationship disintegration.

Homelessness
We assist young adults who may also need to overcome an addiction to addictive substances and who have either experienced or are at risk of homelessness. This is accomplished in concert with others and is concentrated on areas like self-care and living skills, managing finances and personal administration, managing tenancy and housing, social networks and relationships, physical and mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, and offending.

Mental Health
We all have personal experience with mental health, and all of our programmes offer help for it. People with a diagnosed mental illness, such as those with anxiety and panic disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and personality disorders, are supported by our mental health services to live independent lived and be integrated well in the community.
