✔  Life Skills Development: Equip young people with essential life skills, including financial literacy, cooking, cleaning, and time management, to ensure a smooth transition to adulthood.

 

✔  Educational Support: Provide access to educational resources and support, helping care leavers to achieve their academic goals and pursue higher education or vocational training.

✔  Career Guidance: Offer career counseling and job placement assistance to help young people secure employment and build successful careers.

✔  Emotional and Mental Health: Ensure access to mental health services, counseling, and emotional support to promote overall well-being and resilience.

✔  Community Integration: Encourage social integration and community involvement, helping care leavers to build meaningful relationships and become active members of society.

 

✔  Personalized Care Plans: Develop individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each young person, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
